JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design or any related field
- With at least 1-3 years of experience in Project Management position in the company
- Great problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Have a great self-confidence in dealing with subordinates
- Knows how to read and analyze Architectural plans
- Can effectively work under pressure
- Must be work-oriented, dedicated to work and flexible
- Self-starter with a proven track record of multi-tasking abilities.
- As a point of contact for many people, including clients, team members and other Executive Officers, she needs to be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally to answer questions, relay information and solve problems.
- Must be responsible for delegating tasks, assigning roles and managing the team’s workflow. He can use her leadership skills to motivate the team and encourage them to complete their tasks on time.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepares Daily Schedule of Installers and delivery team
- Keeping of Daily Project Reports submitted by Project Teams
- Keeping of files and necessary documents
- Assists Project Coordinator to facilitate meetings with the project teams
- Prepares site requirements such permit and other statutory compliance
- Organize client’s and team's calendars
- Address team member's administrative queries
- Assists Project Coordinator to monitor project progress simultaneously to ensure that deadlines are met
- Reviewing the status of tasks and projects to ensure they are progressing according to schedule
- Coordinating with team members to monitor progress on projects and tasks, providing assistance when needed
- Maintaining files of records related to projects, including meeting notes and correspondence
- Ensuring that all company policies regarding ethics and safety are followed by all employees on the job site
- Identifying operation issues and suggesting possible improvements
- Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Perfect written English
